Mr. Khannur brings 19+ years of experience on IT. He holds MSc in Physics and M.Tech - in Computer Science. He worked for companies like Wipro, Logica, Planetasia, and QAI at various capacities as a Systems Manager, Project Manager, Quality Manager, Test Manager, Corporate Trainer, Head of Quality, Testing, Knowledge Management & Training; and Managing Director, Quality Solutions for Information Technology, Bangalore. More than 35 companies have benefited from his CMM/CMMI Process Consulting. So far, he has conducted more than 250 public workshops and corporate trainings on 26 titles in Software Engineering and Management in seven countries by imparting knowledge to 8000 IT professionals.

He has authored 4 books. He has also published more than 10 research papers and delivered pre-conference tutorials on 6 occasions at International Conferences. His articles appeared in papers and magazines in India and abroad.

Mr. Khannur planned, defined, integrated, deployed and established processes according to ISO, SEI-CMM, & Microsoft Solutions Framework for companies with man power of 200, 800, and 5500 which are in software solutions, services, maintenance, e-com solutions, product development.

Mr. Khannur was a member of Special Interest Group(SIG) on bench marking in SPIN, Bangalore. He authored four books in the field of Computer Science, conducted pre-conference tutorials in International conferences, and published many research papers. Presented a papers in World Congress on Total Quality; in International Conference on Software Testing organized by QAI; Delivered pre-conference tutorial at 1st International Conference on Software Testing organized by QAI on Microsoft Solutions Framework based Testing, Feb 2000 . Delivered pre-conference tutorial at International Conference on Software Testing organized by QAI on Requirement Engineering and Testing in e-COM Application Development , Feb 2001. Delivered pre-conference tutorial at SEPG Conference sponsored by SEI-Carneige Mellon University, organized by QAI in Feb 2001 and also in April, 2002.

Mr. Khannur provides his consulting services in CMM, CMMI, and Workshops on Software Engineering and Management to many Organizations in countries like Thailand, Vietnam, China, Singapore, Russia, India, Panama.
