	Arunkumar M. Khannur Mr. Arunkumar M. Khannur is a Senior Consultant, Author, and Trainer. He is serving in India, China, Russia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Argentina. He also extended his expertise to UNIDO United Nations Industrial Development Organizations as an International Expert on Software Engineering and Management. He holds MSc in Physics and M.Tech - in Computer Science. 	Mr. Abrachan Pudussery Abrachan is a corporate consultant and coach of Process engineering, Project management, Quality management and Software engineering with two decades of hands on industry experience. He started his career as a computer programmer, and subsequently geared himself to play the roles of Systems Analyst, Senior consultant, Project manager, Senior project manager, Head QA, Manager Process Engineering and Profit center Head. He worked for organizations such as HCL, FEC, OTE, Think Business Networks and Novell. At Novell, he headed the process engineering group along with the project management of 'Pragati' , a comprehensive tool for project management, which got accolades at Linux Bangalore, Brainshare USA and Brainshare Europe. At present, he works with Prologic systems (private) limited, as the Managing Director. He has successfully managed implementations of CMM framework in three organizations, which include both very large and medium sized organizations. Before involving with us at ISQT, she gained experience in software testing and effectively contributed to different companies including Unicomp Technologies Pvt. Ltd and ATS InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. During her career, having tested grounds of various disciplines like Software Test Engineer and consultant, she is a versatile faculty with strong experience in Test and consultancy. Her work profile includes skills in DOS, Windows with C, WinRunner, LoadRunner, TestDirector, and QTP. She enjoys Automated Testing as her forte of work. At present she is conducting workshops on training as a ISQT Consultant, in the areas of software testing.
